Wideblue Director in Commonwealth Games Queen’s Baton Relay

Wideblue director Russell Overend was selected to run a leg of the Commonwealth Games Queen’s Baton Relay in his home village of Langbank on 17th July. Russell was selected for his good work project managing the creation of a new football field, organising the village gala days, and for his work on the community council.

Russell said “It was a lovely day and we had a great turnout to cheer the baton through the village.”
